Himalayan IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") provides website design, development, SEO, digital marketing, and related services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by the client.
Standard payment terms are 50% advance before project commencement and 50% upon completion. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all deliverables including website code, design, and content created specifically for the project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We do not guarantee specific rankings or results for SEO campaigns, as search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties. We commit to applying best-practice, white-hat techniques and providing transparent monthly reporting on all agreed KPIs.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
